Here's one for all the folks who love to be attractively organized! This symptom tracker has all the goodies of my other trackers, but is done in a larger print graph style with empty spots to write in any symptoms I missed. There is also a front and back cover, and monthly divider sheets that provide inspirational messages that are a little kinder to those of us who just need to get through the day. To use, simply print out the four pages of symptom trackers for each month (12 times) and the rest and put in a binder. Each graph style tracker will provide an honest to goodness graph that you can show your doctors-just fill in the square for each day you felt the symptom! This is definitely my new favorite, and really does provide an eye opening, quick and easy way to really see what is going on. Once purchased, this can be printed as needed from your download.
