So easy to use-if you feel it that day, fill in the square! At the end of the month you'll have an actual graph to show your doctor and get a conversation going about what's happening to your body. There are even blank spots for you to fill in any symptoms I missed. Keep notes on the back if you like, and above all, get some answers and help!
